“That’s really dangerous.”
At one point, Typhoon Yagi gets the better of the man and he is forced to cling onto a tree for dear life.
The wind knocks him over and blows him onto the street as the filming onlooker screams in shock.
The dazed man tries to get to his feet but the wind gets the better of him a second time.

“They call him Son of the Wind,” joked someone else.
Another said: “He’s no folk hero like Wong Fei-hung.”
Typhoon Yagi has battered multiple regions in China, the Philippines and Vietnam after forming near the island country of Palau.
The typhoon has caused at least 93 deaths and nearly 900 injuries. Around 66 people are still missing.
The cost of the damage across several countries has been estimated at over £7.1 billion ($9.3 billion).
