A hero gran fought a wild boar to the death on a mountain.
The 77-year-old woman was attacked by the animal while working in a field.
The brave OAP battled the vicious animal with her trusted sickle.

Despite suffering several bites in the attack, the blade-wielding gran came out on top.
Images show her standing over the killed boar with bloodstains on her clothes.
The duel took place in Zhaotong in southern China on Friday (27 Sept).
The unnamed woman was alone at the time of the boar attack.
She went up the mountain to carry out some farm work when she was suddenly confronted by the aggressive animal.

Her relatives said the boar had attacked two other villagers in four days, as reported by What’s The Jam.
After killing the animal with her sickle, the woman was taken to a nearby hospital for medical checks.
Images of her battle have been widely shared on the Chinese social network BiliBili.

Users said “the gran is a strong fighter”, “she’s still in the prime of her life at 77 years old” and that “she should use the boar in a stew”.
