Sporting his team’s shirt, the romantic fella dropped to one knee and proffered a ring to his girlfriend.
She erupted in laughter and covered her face as onlookers cheered them on.

The woman then appeared to say “yes” with tears streaming down her face.
The man placed the ring on her finger as the crowd applauded the romantic gesture.
The couple shared a heartfelt hug in the middle of the packed stand.
The proposal took place at Tamaulipas Stadium in Tampico, Mexico, on Sunday (20 Apr).
The pair went to the stadium to watch their team Jaiba Brava take on Altante in Mexico’s second division, the Liga de Expansión, as reported by What’s The Jam.

A clip of the proposal went viral on Facebook, racking up 35,000 views and dozens of comments.
One local said: “Hold the wedding at the stadium with all the fans present.”
Another added: “What a beautiful moment.”
