Two daredevils in Santa hats have been spotted jumping on a moving train before running along the carriages like something out of a James Bond film.

The clip shows the two lads scaling the railing of a bridge before dropping onto the roof of the moving train.

Both appear to land with a thud as one of them almost falls off.

They are then seen running along the carriages in front of dozens of motorists travelling on a busy road next to the track.

At one point, a train worker is seen hanging out of a door to investigate what is happening on the roof.

The reckless stunt was filmed in the Colombian capital Bogotá.

One local said: “Natural selection won’t take long to do its thing.”

The daredevil duo jumped on the roof of a heritage steam train operated by the tourist company Turistren.

The company runs services from the Sabana railway station to the areas of Parque and Zipaquira, as reported by What’s The Jam.

It is unclear whether a company worker reported the pranksters to the local authorities.

A spokesperson for he public transport company TransMilenio said: “We respectfully ask the entire user community to behave appropriately on our services.

“To take care of the vehicles and infrastructure, which belong to everyone and are for everyone, and to have a positive attitude that allows for better coexistence, as well as better transportation for the entire city.”
