He arrived in the city of Belo Horizonte for a concert yesterday (5 November).
Ahead of the show, the American singer decided to go for a walk around the Cachoeirinha neighborhood.
Wearing flip-flops and a Brazil shirt, Mars rubbed shoulders with local traders and schoolchildren.
During his walk around, the pop star was seen riding a pillion on a motorbike without a safety helmet.
He was later spotted ‘limo surfing’ in front of dozens of stunned drivers on a motorway.

Mars first arrived at a local bar where he ordered a beer and tipped the owner.
Bar boss Ronaldo Teixeira de Carvalho told local press: “He appeared out of nowhere and asked me for a Brahma beer.
”He immediately gave me a £6.50 (BRL 50) note, but I told his security guard that I didn’t have enough change.”

Ronaldo, who has owned the bar for 25 years, said his team then told him to keep the change – and he then clocked who the famous face was.
It didn’t take long for a group of locals to gather outside his bar to greet the singer, who took photos with the crowd and used an interpreter to chat.
Ronaldo added: “It was the first time we’ve ever had a famous person here.”
He found the singer to be a “nice and humble person” and compared his fame to that of Michael Jackson.
Resident Amanda Beatriz de Souza said she was left “shaking” and in tears after meeting the A-lister.
She added that Mars hopped on the back of a local man’s motorbike and went for a ride around the streets without a helmet.
Earlier this week, Mars was spotted sipping beer and munching on pork cracklings in the low-key bar, as reported by What’s The Jam.
The ‘Just the Way You Are’ singer stunned locals by showing up at Tizé Bar in the Lourdes neighborhood with his entourage on Saturday (2 November) night.
Bar manager Bernardino de Sá said: “Bruno arrived at around 10.30 pm, surrounded by his security guards, and sat at a reserved table inside the bar until 1 am.
