Motorists were stunned to spot 46 horses galloping along a busy motorway.
Footage shows dozens of horses running along the tarmac as drivers carefully manoeuvre around them.
The animals suddenly appeared on the Pan-American Highway in the Argentine capital, Buenos Aires.

The horses belonged to the Mounted Grenadiers Regiment of the Argentine Army.
The herd had been used in a parade at a livestock event in Campo de Mayo.
They were then taken to a nearby field to distress and graze in peace on Monday (29 Jul).
However, the authorities failed to notice a gap in the perimeter fence that allowed the herd to escape.
Using the help of a nearby equestrian school, the Army managed to capture all the runaway horses, as reported by What’s The Jam.

A young girl, who practises horse riding, was able to capture at least seven that appeared in the town of Villa Adelina, by tempting them with apples and carrots.
Regiment spokesperson, Matías Mones Ruiz said: “Fortunately, the horses are now safe and sound without any injuries, but they are still undergoing relevant tests.
“We were able to locate them all after around three hours.”

While gathering the 46 horses, the authorities used the facilities of the equestrian club in Villa Adelina to keep them in one place before transferring them back to the barracks in trucks.
The Army confirmed that no animals were harmed during their escape.
