A baby elephant has been rescued from a muddy well and reunited with his herd.
A wholesome clip shows one man breaking down the side of the shaft with a stiff pole, creating a slope for the trapped calf.
Another man can be seen giving the little elephant a helping hand.

The male calf, believed to be just shy of two years old, fell into the shallow well on Monday (2 December) night.
Forest officials, crisis responders, and firefighters were called to the scene in Pinavoorkudy, Kerala, India.
The wall of the well was demolished to make it easier for the elephant to climb out.
The cute toddler was finally able to get itself free about an hour into the rescue operation.
It was reunited with its herd in the early hours of Tuesday (3 December), as reported by What’s The Jam.
The news comes after a horse was rescued after accidentally trotting into a muddy pit.
Firefighters arrived at the scene in La Grita, Venezuela, to find it half-buried.
It was eventually winched up to ground level using a mechanical digger.
A veterinary check-up later found it to be in good health.
