A motorist was collared by cops who then found their driving license had expired 43 years ago.
Officers stopped the vehicle and were stunned when they checked out the driver’s past.
Their licences had run out in 1981.

That year Margaret Thatcher was PM, Liverpool were league champions and Human League’s Don’t You Want Me was a hit.
US President Ronald Reagan was shot that year too.
The driver was stopped on the A2, outside Budgens, in Dover, Kent while police were on patrol.
They had also been disqualified for drink driving in the past too.
A Kent Police spokesperson said: “Officers on patrol in the Dover area stopped this vehicle.
“And established that the drivers licence expired in 1981, having previously been disqualified for drink driving.
“Traffic Offence Report issued and vehicle seized.
Locals were left baffled by it, as reported by What’s The Jam.
John said: “The other side of this story, how did they get away with it for 43 years.
“And also no licence equals no insurance.”
Annette questioned: “Why do they do it?
“Why drive while disqualified? They must surely know they will be caught.”
Bobby quipped: “Forty three years without getting caught.
“Must be a trillionaire never paying all that insurance.”
Richard joked: “Amazing.”
Darren added: “I’m guessing that the punishment won’t be the revocation of their license.”
