A lucky man has scooped the lottery three times in the last 11 years.
Vincent Charlemagne says he plans to quit working following his latest jackpot.
His winning streak began on 30 August 2013 when he won a whopping £16.6 million (CAD 30 million) on Lotto Max.

Charlemagne, who comes from Thornhill in Ontario, Canada, scooped the jackpot when he was still working as a self-employed contractor.
At the time, he said: “I scanned my ticket on the self-checker.
“When I saw all the numbers, I didn’t think it was real.”
He added: “I thought I won just a couple bucks.”
Next up, Charlemagne won around £554,810 (CAD 1 million) on Lotto Max’s Max Millions on 26 February 2021.

He said: “Because I’ve won before, it was not as shocking as the first time.
“But I am still happy.”
He won his third prize of £55,480 (CAD 100,000) on Encore, according to the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Commission (OLG).

Encore is an option that can be played with most OLG lottery games for an extra charge of £0.55 (CAD 1).
He said: “I always add Encore to my tickets.
“I went to the store and checked to see the outcome of my tickets.
“When I saw the ‘Big Winner’ message on the screen, I was so excited to discover I had won again.
Charlemagne, originally from St. Lucia, won the latest prize in August and collected his cheque from the lottery headquarters in Toronto at the end of September.
He bought the winning ticket at Jane Variety & Gifts on Jane Street in North York, as reported by What’s The Jam.
Charlemagne told lottery officials: “I am happy and comfortable.”
“I definitely won’t be working anymore.”
Despite winning the lottery three times, Charlemagne said he plans to continue playing “forever”.
