Britain’s best Ron Weasley lookalike fears his time as the Harry Potter character doppelganger may be over.
Dad-of-two Lewis Parker has spent 15 years as the double of Rupert Grint.
He has an uncanny resemblance to the schoolboy wizard Ron he played in the JK Rowling movies.

His parents first noticed the likeness when they took him to the cinema to see Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone.
After still being called Ron on nights out as he got older he decided to join a lookalike agency.

He was bullied when he was young for being ginger.
But Lewis then became in demand for birthday parties, corporate events, business openings and meet-and-greets.
He has even appeared on the Channel 4 TV show Lookalikes.

Lewis is hopeful he can keep the magic alive despite fast approaching 34.
“I have my own personality and want to express myself through social media as Ron Weasley or Rupert Grint.
“I may be starting to get too old to be Ron,” he said.

“I can’t pretend to be a 14-year-old forever.
“Don’t get me wrong, I want to keep the magic alive for as long as possible.
“The fans do that also which is amazing.
“But I now see myself as an adult Ron Weasley.
“If Rupert Grint has a big role in something else I can always portray that character as well.

“I would love to be a stand in or body double for Rupert.”
Lewis, 33, of Spalding, Lincs, also told What’s The Jam: “It has been a very steady part time job of mine.
“I have been to amazing places and met celebrities along the way.”
