A one-year-old cheese covered in mould is selling for £11.90.
Old Blue Brain is black and green in colour.
Jumi Cheese London is flogging it in Borough Market, central London.
It is made from raw cow milk.

“This is our blue brain, just 12 months later.
“We let it grow in all different shapes and colours, so do not be afraid when it turns yellow, orange and blue, or simply black.

“It becomes juicy and very spicy, peppery.”
But cheese lovers are less than convinced.
Dave James said: “I like blue cheese but this looks a bit much for me.”
One, called Cory, said: “It looks like a chocolate cookie.”
Paula Parkins added: “I couldn’t even sniff it.”
Rachel said: “I just couldn’t, because I actually don’t like cheese.
“I can smell it through the phone – don’t bring it to mine.”
Another added: “Looks like a mouldy wee brain.”
Yet, Frank Carney said: “That will put hairs on your chest.”
