James Bond fans were not shaken or stirred as they snapped for pricey memorabilia at a massive 007 auction.

In total 518 items from the MI6 spy movies went under the hammer at the same time.

The most expensive item bought was a From Russia With Love film poster.

The iconic 30 by 40 inch sign from the 1963 movie – starring Sean Connery as Bond – went for a whopping £9,100.

A collection of 10 behind the scenes, black and white photographs was bought for £1,430.

It was nearly three times the £500 valuation.

The snaps were taken during the filming of the 1964 Bond film Goldfinger.

They include Connery and Harold Sakata – who played Oddjob.

A script from Goldfinger was sold for same price.

It contained 136 A4 pages held together by a bulldog clip.

It sold for £1,430 despite the estimate being just £800.

Another script – from the James Bond: Bond on TV telly series was snapped up for £1,040 – 13 times the valuation.

The one-hour programme was made in 1965, as reported by What’s The Jam.

But the paperwork was only expected to be sold for £80.

A double Bond poster featuring Thunderball and From Russia With Love went for £1,040 too.

Six prints from the 2006 Casino Royale movie – starring Daniel Craig as 007 – were bought for £910.

The Ewbank’s auction in Woking, Surrey finished on Friday (7 June) and raked in over £30,000.
