Skies are set to sparkle at a county’s first-ever illuminated drone show during a charity football match.
More than 150 drones will soar above the crowds, creating stunning images of the area’s coastline, landmarks and wildlife.
The spectacular light display will be accompanied by music and followed by a firework finale.

There will also be a special appearance from middleweight boxing champ Brad Pauls.
The stunning event is taking place at Truro City Stadium in Threemilestone, Cornwall, on Friday (10 October), as reported by What’s The Jam.

Event organiser Jordan Hammond said: “The event is in aid of Cornwall Air Ambulance and will see two local teams – the Truro City All Stars and Newquay AFC Legends – go head-to-head on Truro City’s National League pitch.
“During the halftime break 150 drones will perform a show in the sky followed by a firework finale.
“There’ll be additional things for families including football fun factory, live music and more.”

Gates open at 6pm with live acoustic music before kick-off at 7:30pm.
The drone show will light up the skies at half-time around 8:15pm, followed by a five-minute fireworks display.

The second half will resume at 8:40pm with the final whistle set for 9:25pm – but the fun doesn’t stop there.

At 9:30pm, a silent disco kicks off in the fan zone marquee, running until 11pm.
Tickets – including adult, child and VIP options – are available online, with all proceeds going to support the Cornwall Air Ambulance.
