A huge cow has been created in the sand on a beach in the run-up to Christmas.
The activist artist Fred Brown has dazzled locals with his latest creation.
Members of the public out on a winter stroll on the coast were blown away by his work.
The 54-year-old etched out a lifelike image of a bovine on Bridlington beach, East Yorkshire.

It was Fred’s latest artwork, which he put together last Thursday (18 Dec), as reported by What’s The Jam.
The amazing birdseye footage shows the large scale of the 54-year-old’s work.
It took the artist just over three hours to sketch the cow into the sand.
The drone clip managed to capture the full extent of the artwork before the tide cleared the sandy canvas.

The artist from York wrote the words ‘Me too?’ next to the animal.
He revealed the piece was inspired by the current debate of forced artificial insemination on cows.
Fred said: “Empathy doesn’t stop at humans.

“We feel protective of those who can’t consent.
“Don’t we?”
Members of the public were in awe of the artist’s work.
Joan Hall said: “Brilliant as always, it’s a shame that it gets washed away with the tide.”
Tessa Labellne added: “So pretty.”
Joe Cassata said: “My two favourite things, the beach and beef.”
Angela Oldershaw added: “You must have been frozen, but thank you.”
