Harrods selling it’s new expensive festive trees and decorations – worth over £4,000 – already…more than cost of summer holiday

Christmas has come early at Harrods with a new range of £1000 items and trees that cost more than your summer holidays.

Despite the scorching weather and summer season in full swing the luxury department store has released their new Christmas collection – in August.

With the price tags on some of the items it’s probably a good thing the items have hit the shelves early, with plenty of time to save before December.

For a whopping £1,579, customers can kit out their home with a 9ft tall LED filled Christmas tree.

The Balsam Hill Nordmann Fir tree just needs to be plugged in before lighting up the room.

Punters can even kit the item out with an eye-watering £999 skirt.

The red velvet Harrods own item is equipped with beads for a classy finish.

For an extra £521 a dazzling glass ornament can be snapped up to display to envious house guests.

The Simon Pearce crafted Vermont Evergreen tree decoration stands at 18 inches tall.

A music box with a huge stag on the front can also be gifted to loved ones this Christmas for just £375.

An item that honours ‘the Coronation of King Charles III’, plays the classic ‘Oh Christmas Tree’ jingle.

Another item that can dazzle guests over for Yuletide festivities is a wooden crafted swiss alps scene.

The £279 Balsam Hill lit wooden animated Swiss alps scene display can bring a warm cosy vibe to those cold winter evenings.

The item has a built in timer where it will animate for six hours before switching off for 18 hours.

Finally, beauty queens can have a treat day with Harrods’ very own 2025 beauty advent calendar.

The £250 item features 32 products, with products from La Mer, La Prairie, Augustinus Bader and MZ SKIN featuring, as reported by What’s The Jam.

A spokesperson for Harrods stated: “Christmas: it really is the most magical time of the year.

“To you, the joy of the season might be sparked by securing the most popular gifts for loved ones and stuffing stockings with treats and trinkets, or perhaps it’s arranging a Christmas Eve box with snacks, games and films?
