Gordon Ramsay has hiked the price of his Christmas Day meal at one of his restaurants to £325 – and you still don’t get turkey.
The foul-mouthed TV cook is offering a seven course menu of minimised food at Pétrus.
But it is £35-per-head more expensive than it was two years ago.

In 2023, Ramsay, 58, was charging £290 for the same thing at the upmarket eatery.
But the menu is still missing one crucial yuletide staple.
There is no traditional roast turkey on offer once again.

The posh nosh on offer starts with Potimarron Tart on a bed of sea lettuce, with coffee and white truffle.
Next is Lobster Raviolo with finger lime, scallops, bisque, as reported on What’s The Jam.

This is followed by a Rack of Dover Sole with sides of kohlrabi, turnip, and black truffle.
Next up is Aynhoe Park Deer – with beetroots and cranberry – then Brillat Savarin, black truffle, apple, and pickled walnut.
It is finished off with Sorbet, passion fruit and coconut and finally Tarte Tatin, with caramel, crème fraiche.

Diners can add an extra course of Oscietra caviar – with chicken waffle, fromage blanc and maple syrup.

No drinks are included and there is also a 15% discretionary service charge added to bills.
This adds £48.75 per person to the final charge at the restaurant in Kinnerton Street, in upmarket Belgravia, west London.
It makes it £373.75 each.
The menu reads: “All prices are inclusive of VAT.
A 15% discretionary service charge will be added to your bill.”
But this is an extra £120 which would take it to £420 each – or £483 with the tip.
In August, Ramsay was ridiculed for serving up a tiny bit of salmon at the same restaurant that cost customers £72.

One critic said it reminded them of cat food.
Ramsay – who has 90 restaurants worldwide – currently has eight Michelin Stars.
Two weeks ago he teamed up with Burger King to unveil a new £11 wagyu burger.
