An iconic red telephone box is on sale for £15,000 but it’s just a few steps away from a public toilet.
The kiosk even has its own electricity supply and planning permission.
This means you could run a business out of the booth.
The red phone box is located on a street corner in Stamford Hill, north London.

It is right next to a pedestrian crossing.
But it is also just metres away from Stamford Hill Toilets.
The phone box is Grade-II listed – meaning you can’t remove any part of its particular historic or architectural significance.
The 1935 booth is a K6 model.

It is also known as the Jubilee kiosk and was introduced to celebrate the Silver Jubilee of King George V.
In 2015, the K-series red telephone box was voted the Greatest British Design by the public.
It beat the Routemaster double decker bus and the Union Jack.

Last year, BT sold 100s of the iconic phone boxes for just £1.
This was to encourage re-used by transforming them into commercial properties such as coffee stands.
The kiosk is being auction off by Auction House London and advertised on Rightmove.
The listing reads: “A vacant Grade II Listed telephone kiosk.
“Potential for a variety of uses, subject to obtaining all relevant consent.
“The kiosk is situated on a residential road close to local shops and amenities.
“The open spaces of Springfield Park are within easy reach.
“Transport links are provided by Seven Sisters underground, Victoria line, overground and rail stations.”
It adds: “The property benefits from planning permission for retail use and has mains electricity.
