A British man is selling a full-size replica of the iconic motor from Knight Rider for £40,000.
The car, which was powered by artificial intelligence, was partnered with the main character in the show to fight crime.
Michael Knight, played by David Hasselhoff, drove around in the talking motor despite it being able to drive itself.

KITT – or Knight Industries Two Thousand – as it was known, was a star in its own right during the 1980s.
So much so that people are still trying to recreate the magic today.
And now, the chance to scoop up a like-for-like replica has become available for £40,000, reports Whats The Jam.

The listing, located in Enfield, Middlesex, has 6,213 miles on the clock.
It’s got an automatic transmission and looks as though it’s been taken straight from the series.

The front features KITT’s red talking sensor – which actually talks – and at the back, the number plate reads: ‘KNIGHT’.
The interior has retro-futurism at its core with the high-tech dashboard and controls.
Its sleek and slim exterior oozes excitement and is ready for action-packed adventures.

To load it up, the car’s chosen fuel type is petrol.
And the listing notes that it also has all the sound effects, is signed by Hasselhoff himself and has been used for events, as well as film work.
It’s fully road legal and ready to drive to the next crime-fighting hero.
