He then reveals femur fractures for number four and severe burns for third place.
In the second place, he mentioned childbirth.

Shockingly, however, he claims the first spot is for “a man with a cold.”
“Kidney stones may be little, but they are mighty and can make grown men and women weep, illustrating that size doesn’t always correlate with the level of pain,” the doctor from Southern California, told What’s The Jam.
“Passing a kidney stone is often compared to childbirth, making it a universal benchmark for pain.

“Then the femur, being the largest bone in the body, when fractured, produces immense pain.
“The sheer force required to break it, and the weight it supports, contribute to why this injury is so painful.
“Thirdly, burns are notorious for the excruciating pain they cause.
“The skin has a vast network of nerve endings and a severe burn can damage these, leading to pain that’s both intense and persistent.
“The healing process is long, requiring immense resilience from those who suffer from severe burns.
“Moving on to the serious contenders, childbirth is legendary for its intensity.
“It’s a marathon of physical endurance, emotional rollercoasters, and incredible pain that mothers brave through to bring new life into the world.
“It’s a pain with a purpose, and the strength displayed by mothers is nothing short of heroic.”
And first, is the classic man with a cold.
He said: “It’s at the top because, as we all know, when a man gets a cold, the world must stop.
“It’s not just a cold; it’s a near-death experience, a tale of survival against all odds.
“Jokes aside, we put this here for the laughs, but it’s a nudge to remind everyone that sometimes, a little empathy, and a lot of humour, go a long way in caregiving.
“So, there you have it, a mix of humour to start and a dive into the reality of some truly painful conditions.”
The post was captioned: “Honestly any one of these could be ranked number one depending on the severity,” and has gathered over 400,000 likes, as well as 6,000 comments so far.
Pam said: “I don’t know… my kidney stone was WAY more painful and lasted longer than my childbirth labor did.”
Another follower joked: “As someone who has given birth un-medicated, passed a kidney stone, broken a femur and is married to a man, I can confirm at least four of these!”
Someone else said: “I have had numerous kidney stones and given birth twice… I will take babies any day. Every man should experience a kidney stone to even the pain factor out.”
Dalia also joked: “Ah, yes, the dreaded man-cold. Truly the most excruciating ailment known to humanity.”
Red agreed: “I’ve heard no1 can be fatal.”
