A gentle giant mechanic who is 7’5″ tall has gone viral online.
Leonel Campas has a rare condition where his body produces too much growth hormone.
He said he first knew about the condition when he was 15 years old and already 6’6”.
Now 28 years old, Leonel is one inch taller than famous wrestler André the Giant was.

Known by locals as El Chikis, a playful diminutive term, Leonel works as a mechanic in Maquipo, Mexico.
According to him, finding clothes that fit him is one of the most common problems he encounters.
He regularly posts videos about his daily challenges on TikTok where he has quickly amassed 145,000 followers in just over a week.
Since first posting on 27 December, Leonel already boasts six viral videos with over a million views.
In his most popular video, viewed 7.1 million times, he is seen being gifted with a huge pair of jeans and new T-shirts by colleagues for Christmas.

One follower commented: “I’ll buy you the shoes, just tell me the size and I’ll send them to you!”
