“He then rented a boat.
“I don’t think they went anywhere on it.
“But he was fishing on it.
“I managed to film the moment he caught one of them.
“But I think he caught three in total.
“There were so many people surrounding the boat.”
Isaac, of Preston, Lancs – has lived out in Marbella since February.
He filmed Foden and his family from his balcony and posted them on TikTok.
Isaac first spotted them by the marina and said: “Phil Foden is checking the fish.”
But after they rented the yacht he said: “You are probably wondering why all these people are gathered to take photos of these boats.
“But that’s actually Phil Foden over there.”
In another clip he added: “Foden is actually fishing.
“All these people are standing round and the guy is at the front fishing. That will win us the Euros.”
He then said in another: “It’s not really how I expected to spend my Saturday.
“But I’m currently just sitting in bed watching Foden fish.
“This is my entertainment for the moment.”
Issac then added: “He just caught a fish, what a time.”
Foden is set to star for England at Euro 24 which kicks off in Germany next Friday (14 Jun).
The Three Lions beat Bosnia 3-0 in a friendly on Monday (3 Jun) – but Foden was not involved.
They face Iceland in their last warm-up game at Wembley tonight (7 Jun).
