A footballer who played for Barcelona has been spotted flipping burgers for his new business venture.

Arturo Vidal, who has also played for Bayern Múnic and Inter Milan, celebrated the launch of Sin Miedo Burgers with his 20.1m Instagram followers yesterday (29 April).

The 37-year-old greeted fans who had gathered by the food stall.

And the new project carries a unique philosophy, with the name Sin Miedo translating to “without fear” in Spanish.

Each individual burger is wrapped in packaging printed with people’s fears.

The idea is that diners can confront and overcome their fears by literally eating them, as reported by What’s The Jam.

Arturo, who now plays for Chilean Primera División club, Colo-Colo, as well as the Chilean national team, created a slogan for the brand which reflects his attitude.

The slogan reads: “Because to conquer the world, you first have to conquer your fears.”

He credited this ideology with helping him to build a successful career.

The burgers can be ordered through an app and website, as well as at fast food outlets.

San Miedo Burgers is currently only available in Rancagua, Chile, a city south of Santiago in the centre.

Plans are in place to expand by the end of the year.

Arturo served up his brand new burgers at the Plaza de Bolsillo de Morandé 83, which is located in the heart of Santiago Centro, Chile.

Erick said: “What a mentality, with reason you are the winner of Chilean, big king. Thank you for teaching.”
