Desperate Manchester United fans have been spotted starting a GoFundMe page to help club sign Alexander Isak from Newcastle.
The Swedish star has reportedly asked to leave his current club, with the Magpies reportedly slapping a whopping £150million price tag on the striker.
Despite heavy links with Liverpool, supporters of Manchester United have urged their club to lure the player in.
Last season Sir Jim Ratcliffe went on the record about the financial struggles the club were facing.
Following a boat load of non-playing staff redundancies the Red Devils are now looking to revamp their squad.
Even the fans are up for helping out the club after a United supporter started a GoFundMe page.
The page has a target of £150million and is titled ‘Sign Isak for Manchester United’.
So far this summer Ruben Amorim has spent over £100million on Wolves star Matheus Cunha and Brentford forward Bryan Mbuemo.
Supporters are now putting their money where their mouth is to help the club complete the hat trick and sign Alexander Isak.
The GoGundMe was started on Thursday (24 Jul), as reported by What’s The Jam.
Isaac MUFC, who started the page, stated: “United need a striker.
“We need hope.
“So, let’s do what the Glazers won’t… and raise £150 million to bring Alexander Isak to Old Trafford.
“50% of Proceeds will go to Unicef UK because if we can’t bring Isak to Manchester, we can still bring some good to the world.
“The other 50% will go towards paying back some of my student debt because United aren’t the only ones in a financial crisis.
“Any donations appreciated.”
