With only three weeks to go until the new football season kicks off, clubs have been revealing their 24/25 season kits.
But Bolton Wanderers have kickstarted preparations for their 2025/2026 home season kit already.
The League One side has already started designing and preparing next year’s clobber- a whole 12 months in advance.

Bolton have put up four options on their club website for fans to submit their vote.
Supporters can choose from abstract, map, graphic and herringbone home kits and can rate their choices out of 100.
They can also submit their thoughts in a text box at the bottom of the page, as reported on What’s The Jam.
But, the premature action from the club has got some people talking online.
One fan, Elliot said: “We do this every year but I don’t think it’s ever this early.

“Don’t even think we’ve released all our kits for this year yet.”
Michael jokingly claimed: “The kids who will stitch those shirts together haven’t even been born yet.”
“No option to wear the 2024/25 kit, of course,” said one confused user.

Chris quipped: “Do the kits have to be changed every season?
“Whatever happened to the old two season kit life span?
“And just changing away/third and home in alternate years.”
But one fan was very happy with the club’s options.
Pete said: “Those are four fantastic choices.”
