Angry Aston Villa fans – including an ex-player – have called on the club to swap their ‘Durán 9’ shirts after the player was sold in the transfer window.
Hundreds of supporters paid up to £137 to have the young Colombian striker’s name and shirt number on their jerseys.
But the 21-year-old quit Villa Park in a £70million switch to join Cristiano Ronaldo at Saudi Pro-League side Al-Nassr.

Angry fans include Albert Adomah who helped propel Villa back into the Premier League.
The 37-year-old winger – who now plies his trade at League Two Walsall – fumed: “Do I get a refund or an exchange for the new number 9 top?
“I don’t want to start this trend.”
Adomah – who made 113 appearances for the club, scoring 21 goals over three years up to 2019 – added: “Customer is always right.”

Other supporters have also spoken out, as reported by What’s The Jam.
Chris Dolan said: “The club should change any ‘Durán 9’ shirts free of charge.”
Iain Martin sarcastically stated: “Anyway I can change my lad’s Durán shirt to Rashford now.

“He only got it for Christmas.”
Ronnie added: “Just got mine at Christmas, gutted.”
Brady stated: “I got a Durán authentic shirt a week before he was sold.”
Another said: “I was given a new Villa shirt with Durán on the back for Christmas and now he’s gone.”
