The only appliance to cook with is a microwave.
There is a separate bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin.

The wooden-floored living room has just one sofa and a coffee table.
It has a long desk, so tenants can work from home.
But it has no bedroom and the unusual sleeping area is a raised “platform” above the “workspace.”
It is accessed by a steep, wooden ladder.

But the pointy corner of the room it is in means it is triangular-shaped.
Working from home and hybrid working has become popular since the Covid-19 pandemic.
It is based in Cowcross Street, in Farringdon, east London.

But as well as the rent, which is higher than the average UK monthly mortgage payment of £1,441, tenants have to fork out a £1,730 deposit.
It is being advertised on OpenRent.
The description reads: “Fabulous very light and airy studio flat adjacent to Farringdon station.
