A studio flat is being let for £ 600 a month and comes furnished…but the only place to sit is on a camping chair.

The small bedsit is located in an old pub.

The landlord says it has a “fully furnished kitchenette.”

But it only has a fridge, kettle, and a toastie maker with no oven or hob.

There is a separate bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin.

It has a double bed, a small table and a TV on a shelf.

But the only place to sit is on a fold-out chair.

Despite its size, the studio flat is available for up to two people.

It is in the Kirkdale area of Liverpool, Merseyside.

The tiny property is just over a mile away from where Everton’s new 52,000-capacity stadium is being built.

The building where the flat is located used to be The Woodhouse Boozer which has now shut down.

The first-floor pad is being let on OpenRent.

A deposit of £600 is needed up front, and tenants have to stay for at least six months.

There is a shared area to wash clothes too.

But pets are allowed and bills are included.

The listing reads: “Newly decorated, modern studio apartment to rent within 10 minute’s walk to Bank Hall train station with direct lines into Liverpool city centre.

“The apartment is fully furnished and self-contained with a fully equipped kitchenette, and power shower.

“There is a shared laundry room and a terrace.

“The apartment is suitable for those working away in Liverpool.

“All bills included.

“Only 12 apartments are in the building, ensuring a peaceful place to occupy with friendly neighbours and a shared courtyard for the summer months.”
