But it only has a fridge, kettle, and a toastie maker with no oven or hob.

It has a double bed, a small table and a TV on a shelf.
But the only place to sit is on a fold-out chair.
Despite its size, the studio flat is available for up to two people.

It is in the Kirkdale area of Liverpool, Merseyside.
The tiny property is just over a mile away from where Everton’s new 52,000-capacity stadium is being built.
The building where the flat is located used to be The Woodhouse Boozer which has now shut down.

The first-floor pad is being let on OpenRent.
A deposit of £600 is needed up front, and tenants have to stay for at least six months.
There is a shared area to wash clothes too.
But pets are allowed and bills are included.
