A studio flat costing £1,450 a month to rent is in the back garden of a house and is full of rubbish.

The pokey pad is accessed via the patio and there are two small windows.

It is advertised as “fully furnished”.

But it is full of cardboard boxes, waste, and has a grubby floor.
