A star-studded recording studio where some of the world’s biggest names have made music has hit the market – with a jaw-dropping $24million (£18.9m) price tag.
Dark Horse Recording Studio, just outside Nashville, has welcomed Dolly Parton, Shawn Mendes, Taylor Swift, Tim McGraw, Carrie Underwood and even Neil Diamond through its doors.
The world-famous studio sits within a sprawling 10-acre estate that began life as a humble log cabin before being transformed into a lavish compound, as reported by What’s The Jam.

Built in 1998, the 9,000 sq ft studio comes complete with vaulted ceilings, rustic wood finishes, recording rooms, public areas, two bedrooms for visiting artists – plus cosy porches and patios for downtime between takes.
Next door, the 14,200 sq ft manor house boasts a grand stone entrance, a plush living room with open fireplace, a library, and a sleek kitchen fitted with oak cupboards, dark countertops and a centre island.
The property has seven bedrooms, each with a balcony or terrace, and several with en-suites.
Covered walkways link the buildings, including a dramatic sky bridge that doubles as a games room with a pool table.
