If you’ve ever wanted to keep an eye on the hob while showering, you’re in luck.

A “peaceful” London studio flat has just gone up for rent and it has a very unique feature.

The shower is attached… to the kitchenette.

The property in Noel Park, London, has been dubbed “excellent value for money” on the listing, also featuring a bed inches from the kitchen sink.

That’s right, you can eat, sleep, and shower all in the same room.

However, the flat does come with the small mercy of an en-suite toilet.

There is no living room but there is a chair next to the wardrobe.

Other ‘perks’ of the fully-furnished flat include a washing machine and garden access.

The rent is fairly low by the capital’s pricing standards, at just £899 a month including gas, electric, and Wi-Fi.

However, water and council tax bills are not included.

“This property is a MUST SEE that will rent very quickly,” the property description reads.

The listing, featured on OpenRent, also stresses that the flat is a “peaceful, quiet, tranquil residence”.

Wood Green Tube Station is a five-minute walk away and the flat is located behind Wood Green Shopping Centre.
