A London studio has hit the market at £1,750 but there’s a pretty big catch… it doesn’t appear to have a toilet.

On the plus side, the prospective tenant can enjoy showering, cooking and sleeping – all in the same room.

The ad also stresses that the flat benefits from “natural light.”

The eye-popping “smart” studio is located in the desirable West Kensington in Zone 2, as reported by What’s The Jam.

It also comes with the bonus of a balcony and all bills included.

However, there is no sign of a toilet in the flat’s advertisement pictures — or the floor plan.

That being said, the toilet could well be located elsewhere.

It’s also worth noting that there’s no oven or washing machine, however, the flat can be offered furnished or unfurnished.

Other features of the home, include additional storage above the shower area.

For some tenants, the supposed lack of a toilet could be a sacrifice worth making if they want to be in a central location – the studio is just a short walk away from West Kensington Underground Station.
