A woman has taken a look inside an abandoned rotting shopping mall where the floor is growing new life.
The explorer, who only wants to be known as Feathers.Everywhere, often shares the shocking items found when exploring places forgotten-in-time.
The once thriving mall used to be the hub for people to shop and spend time with friends – until it met its ultimate demise in 2009 due to a decline in visitors.

Now, she has shared an eerie view into the decaying centre, racking up 2.2m views and 97,000 likes on Instagram.
“The food court has an eerie feel with all of the chairs sitting at tables as if it’s only a few hours before opening,” she told What’s The Jam.
“Many stores seemed to have completely cleared their space, while others seemed to have left quickly with scattered remnants of supplies.
“However, you [quickly] begin to notice how much rot has consumed the restaurants from water damage.
“An overwhelming smell of musk fills the sealed mall, sopping wet from the rainfall of years on end.

“In the darkest areas you can just see all the dust particles floating around you.
“It is extremely quiet and echoing.”
In the clip, she reveals the mould and rotting walls, which now encompass the empty building in an undisclosed location within the US.

The food court is pictured falling to bits and is disarray, while jewellery stands are covered in dirt and rust.
Lastly, the floors are shown growing algae and other forms of bacteria.
She said: “The jewellery store had grown over with so much algae, that it was nothing but glass cases sitting on gorgeous lush greenery.
“While absolutely breathtaking, it’s extremely slippery.
“Things like bubble gum still in the dispensers, and a room full of maintenance supplies stuck out to me the most.
“Just imagining I could have been a child putting a quarter into that machine 15 years ago before it closed and here it still sits almost un-aged looking.”
Users flocked to the comments to share their reactions, with many shocking by the amount of rot.
One person said: “The rot is definitely consuming.”
Liam commented: “Bro is in the last of us left behind.”
Phoebe wrote: “The rot consumes.”
Matt added: “Ima breathe through cigarette filter.”
Alex said: “Wear a gass mask.”
