A mansion once home to TikTok influencers and dubbed the ‘Hype House’ has gone on the market for $5.5M.

The home, nestled on over 20 acres of land, is located in Santa Rosa Valley, Los Angeles, and has been featured on social media and Netflix.

The pad made headlines when it was announced in 2021 that it would be the ‘Hype House’ – a place for content creators to easily collaborate and make videos together.

Filled with influencers such as Thomas Petrou, Alex Warren, Jack Wright, Nikita Dragun, Kouvr Annon and Chase Hudson, the house was also featured on Netflix.

The streaming service produced a reality series following their social media lifestyle and delved deep into what it is like to be an influencer.

Built in 1998, the one-of-a-kind Mediterranean-style hilltop estate – which featured on What’s The Jam – contains eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, an office and plenty of luxury living space.

Floor-to-ceiling windows and arched doorways allow for natural lighting and stunning views of the sprawling surrounding mountains.

The stunning kitchen is decorated in complete marble and white, with gold accents and oak features.

There is a large island in the centre as well as a chandelier and spotlights.

All of the bathrooms throughout the property have also been newly renovated with classic finishes.

Every bedroom is decorated with white walls and have beautiful windows, but the primary suite is the show stopper, boasting its own sitting area, walk-in closet, expansive bathroom, spa-like shower and a hot tub.

There is also a home theatre and games room to keep guests entertained.

Outside, the garden has been described as “a Tuscan-like setting with lush foliage”.

There is a spacious pool complete with a waterslide, waterfall, swim-up bar, two spas and ample lounge areas.

An acre-large flat area beckons an equestrian centre or an orchard.

Some recent upgrades include water filtration, WiFi tower installation and a generator.

This estate is located in an award-winning school district and is located minutes from dining, shopping and freeways.

The home is for sale with The Agency for $5,495,000.
