An urban explorer has become a viral sensation after sharing footage of an abandoned house filled with an estimated £100,000 worth of toys.
Daniel Sims discovered the property in Liverpool and was amazed to find an overwhelming amount of stuffed animals and children’s toys crammed inside the home.
He estimated that there were “a good 10,000” toys stuffed into the seemingly ordinary house, and believes the collection could be valued in the six-figure range.

The 35-year-old explorer shared his discovery on TikTok, where the video quickly racked up 760,000 views.
The footage reveals that the toys filled the house from floor to ceiling, leading Daniel to describe it as a “hoarder’s” home.
“There was an enormous amount of toys stashed away in there,” said Daniel, who hails from Huddersfield, speaking to Luxury Property News.
“There must have been thousands – I’d estimate about 10,000.”
Taking into account the vintage nature of some of the items, Daniel guessed the collection could be worth close to £100,000.
Known as Bearded Reality on YouTube, Daniel documented his exploration of the deteriorating house.
As soon as he entered the downstairs area, the scale of the toy collection was immediately apparent. Colorful stuffed animals were piled high, completely filling the rooms.
Some toys still had tags, while others appeared more worn from age.
Even the kitchen was overflowing with stuffed animals, with characters from Disney, Monsters Inc., and Elf on the Shelf among the recognizable faces.
In the bathroom, Daniel found a sign that read ‘No food down toilet,’ surrounded by piles of bags.
The entire home was in disarray as Daniel ventured deeper, encountering other rooms similarly packed with toys. While a few were arranged on shelves, most were scattered haphazardly, with stuffed animals and figures piled up all the way to the ceiling.
The TikTok video attracted 29,000 likes.
One viewer commented: “As a toy collector, it’s painful to think all of these are just going to rot away. There are probably some rare and valuable ones in there!”
Another said, “It’s such a shame these have to stay there. It would be great if the collection could be rescued and donated, if possible.”
One user shared, “This was my childhood dream,” while another added, “As someone who collects plushies, this breaks my heart.”
Another person wrote: “All those bears, sitting there without anyone to love them.”
The former owners of the house remain a mystery, as does the reason behind amassing such a large collection of toys.
Daniel noted: “It seems like the house hasn’t been lived in for a long time. There was no fresh food, and barely any space to move, except for signs like ‘Don’t put food down the toilet,’ which only deepened the mystery.
“It really looks like it’s been left abandoned for years.
“It’s an incredibly strange place.”
