Built in 1922, the 11,000 sq ft property was formerly a sports centre used by Wilkinson High School in Indianapolis, US.
Due to a lack of use, the home was originally put up for sale in 2022 and purchased by a couple who paid $300,000 (£235,900) and then proceeded to renovate the space.
It is now a four-bedroom, three-bathroom house spanning across 3.6 acres.

Keeping many of the original features, from the outside, the building still looks like a high school venue – but inside, it’s been modernised a fair, bit.
The entrance leads directly to the kitchen, which has been built on top of the former basketball court and still has the original black lines painted across the floor.
However, you can now cook on the court – with a double fridge, pantry, and beautiful blue cupboards.
There is also a dining table and popcorn machine fitted into the same room.

Further into the home, you’ll find the sitting area, also placed on the court, which has a cosy sofa, TV, and macrame decorations.
The hallway is lined with mirrors, lights, and side tables, as it takes you down to the three bedrooms.
