A studio flat that will cost renters £1,499 per month has an extremely odd TV and sleeping arrangement set-up.
Despite the studio flat being a rather small space, the design of the room has made use of every inch.
In the images of the property, prospective renters can see the TV is suspended from the ceiling.
The wardrobe is right behind it.

The TV faces the ‘lounge’ – which consists of a yellow sofa and coffee table with wheels.
But the perhaps strangest way this property is maximising space is the sleeping arrangement.
The bed can be found underneath the sofa.
The lounge section is positioned on a raised platform to hide a roll-out bed.

The flat is located on Croxley Road in Maida Vale, London, and is listed by Dexters estate agents, as reported by What’s The Jam.
“Modern studio apartment located on Croxley Road,” the ad reads.
“The property is modernised throughout, with plenty of light and exposed brick wall feature and walk-in shower.
