The three-bed house is a mid-terrace and comes with a front forecourt and enclosed rear courtyard, but does require a full renovation – with the vendor recommending viewings to see its full potential, reports What’s The Jam.
The property is close to local amenities and also is within just 1.5 miles of three train stations, Cardiff Queen Street (0.1 miles), Cardiff Bay (1.4 miles) and Cardiff Central (1.5 miles).
And at £200,000, this could be quite the steal.
The star of the show remains the twin toilets, which has amused Reddit users.
