A young girl’s cute drawing has led to the rescue of her gran’s missing puppy.
Emilia lost her pooch while she was sweeping the step outside her home.
She accidentally left the front door ajar and the dog, named Pirate Morgan, squeezed through the gap and ran away.
Emilia gave chase but was unable to catch her rapid dog.

She immediately launched an online campaign to help find Pirate Morgan on 12 June.
The grandmother also included a hand-drawn illustration of the missing dog to help locals recognise it.
The cute sketch, drawn by Emilia’s young granddaughter, led to the canine’s rescue the following day.
Residents in Chetumal, located south of Cancun in Mexico, recognised the black and white dog’s distinctive patch over its right eye from the kid’s drawing.

“The family confirmed to us that the dog has been returned and that it was thanks to everyone’s support.
