A fox killed a giant rat before taking it into a primary school.
The pair of animals were spotted fighting in the street despite the mismatch in size.
The fox chased the rodent down the road and tried to grab it in its jaws.
But the much smaller rat kept jumping up at its larger rival.

However, size eventually won over and the fox preyed on the grey rodent in a neighbouring road.
But it was then seen carrying it in its mouth as shocked onlookers watched on.
It happened in broad daylight on Saturday (1 June) afternoon in Brady Street, Bethnal Green, east London.
But the fox then scampered in through a gap in the railings of Stewart Headlam School in the road.

It was unknown where it went after it got in the grounds while the primary school was shut at the weekend.
Locals were left stunned to see the vermin – usually both nocturnal – during daylight hours, as reported on What’s The Jam.
