A cute tree kangaroo has been caught on camera in rare footage.
The unique moment was filmed on 8 May.
Douglas Shire Council staff were patching up a flood-hit area when workers spotted the animal.

The Lumholtz tree kangaroo is “near threatened” according to the IUCN Red List.
So for the late-night road workers, this was a phenomenal moment.
The Lumholtz’s tree kangaroo was seen sniffing the pavement by the side of the road, as reported by What’s The Jam.
The video was shared on Facebook and has gathered over 146,000 views and 900 likes.
The council stated: “FNQ Traffic Management says the curious Lumholtz’s tree kangaroo is becoming a regular visitor to Alexandra Range, just north of the lookout.
“Please take care when driving the range – let’s keep our furry friends safe!”
