A kangaroo wearing a jacket has been discovered at the side of a road by baffled cops.
The fashionable animal, which was found hopping loose in the countryside, was sporting a trendy red top with long sleeves.
Officers later tracked down Jack, the kangaroo’s owner, and he was returned home safe and well.

The kangaroo was found in Fayette County, between San Antonio and Houston in Texas, US, on 27 February, as reported by What’s The Jam.
Photos showed Officer Gonzales with a huge grin on his face as he posed next to the missing marsupial.
A force spokesperson said: “Deputy Gonzales has responded to a loose kangaroo wearing a red jacket in the area of Farek Loth and FM 609.
“Yes we are serious… we couldn’t make this up if we wanted to.
“Is your kangaroo missing?

“Please contact dispatch if you are missing your marsupial friend.”
The department later posted an update which read: “Jack’s human was located and he has been returned home.”
The post delighted local residents.

One said: “I would like to see the look on the dispatchers’ face: ‘I would like to report a kangaroo hopping down the street, by the way he’s wearing a red smoking jacket’.”
Krispin added: “I Love this kinda news any day. It’s been too much hate, too much death, too much drugs, bust stuff etc.”
Kelsey remarked: “This right here is why I wouldn’t be able to be a cop, I would have struggled-snuggle that thing into the back of the cop car and made it my new partner.”
Bill said: “Must have ditched cigar before sheriff came.”
Rachel added: “And he needs a bigger jacket.”
