A trucker was startled when a flying chicken shattered his windscreen on the motorway.
Dashcam footage shows how the large bird flew towards the lorry from the roadside at breakneck speed.
Upon impact, the windscreen was shattered into several pieces.

Luckily, the glass didn’t cave in and the driver was not harmed.
And it was only when he reviewed the dashcam footage that he realised the smash had been caused by a chicken.
The bird was killed instantly in the collision in Malaysia on Monday (23 Sept) morning, as reported by What’s The Jam.
The driver joked: “I don’t even know what to say.
“You’re a chicken, not a bird. You don’t need to fly, just walking or running is fine.

“Don’t ever dream of being like a parrot, a crow, or even a seagull. Sometimes you act like an eagle hunting its prey.
“But in the end, you’re the one who became the victim.”
Social media users had fun in the comments.
