A couch potato lurcher who struggled to find someone to love him is in kennels once AGAIN after a new owner handed him back.
The cute pooch, called Alvin, had spent over 750 days there.
His favourite thing to do is lounge around on the sofa.

A new owner came forward to take him in.
But after two weeks they returned him so he’s now up for adoption once more.
Poor Alvin has now been in the RSPCA kennels for nearly 800 days.
A spokesperson said: “Alvin was adopted.
“But he sadly returned a couple of weeks later,

“It was through no fault of his own.
“He’s up for adoption again.”
Alvin’s previous former owner didn’t look after him.

So he’s been at the RSPCA’s centre in Warrington, Cheshire, since May 2022, as reported on What’s The Jam.
Animal Care Manager, Katie Buckley, said: “Alvin really is an adorable couch potato and a gentle, happy and affectionate soul who loves the company of people.
“And would really enjoy being part of family life.
“He just needs someone to offer him that chance, we know he’ll thrive in his own home and make a wonderful pet.”
She added: “Alvin has been with us for such a long time and everyone at the centre is incredibly fond of him.
“But he deserves a home of his own where he’ll be spoiled and loved.
“Two years is a long time for any dog to be in kennels, dogs like him can get overlooked.
