After a week of meats and cheeses galore, it was time to restock his kitchen – and the 39-year-old stumbled across a few hidden gems while in Aldi.
In a clip, which has racked up over 33,000 views and hundreds of likes, he reveals the “slashed” prices of branded items.
“The food sale is now on and they’ve reduced all the Christmas food to really cheap,” Elliot told What’s The Jam.

“Some of the reductions are better than half price.”
A pack of Cadbury Puds are just 99p, along with Mr Kipling Festive Bakewells and the brand’s Christmas slices.

“You’ll see loads of bargains.”
Users have flocked to the comments to share their reactions, including their experience with other supermarkets’ deals.
Dawn said: “Asda just mugged every supermarket off. I spent £20 today and got 2 bags rammed full of good experience stuff. Found about 15 advent calendars too 2p each.”
Powell added: “I had a box of shortbread and a tin of Danish cookies for less than £3.”

Someone else said: “I’m upset I’m away from the UK. I live for a Christmas discount.”
Scott added: “Bargain and a massive saving.”
Tracey said: “Well done what a find.”

Elliot previously shared his hotel money saving hacks – including how to take full advantage of “freebies”.
