A model has left people horrified after revealing her bizarre tip for “staying youthful” – drinking her own blood.
Sofía Clerici is a model and influencer with over 2.2 million followers on Instagram, (@sofiaclericiok ), and often shares saucy snaps to her fans.
But her latest post has left followers shocked, as she confessed that she had been drinking her own blood in a bid to look younger.
Sofía posted a picture of her dinner to her Instagram story, and in the background, a dark red drink can be seen.
A curious follower replied to the story, asking about the contents of her glass.

In a second picture, she showed a close-up of the glass next to her fingers, which seemed to have blood on it.
It was captioned: “I bring my blood and they mix it into lemonade for me.”
She then shared another picture, this time of a small tube of ‘blood’ in a cosmetics bag.
She captioned: “For those who don’t believe me, I always have nine tubes in my refrigerator/freezer of blood and I take quarter or half a tube per week.
“Sometimes in a shot, when I want something more intense, or I mix it in drinks.”
“That’s why I’m a porcelain doll hehe.
“Yes, and I’m not ordinary.”
