A fitness influencer has carried out another workout on a plane just days after getting slammed for a mid-flight routine.
The former soap actress was widely mocked for jumping up and down next to resting passengers on a packed plane last week.
A clip shows her jogging on the spot in the aisle as a passenger tries to relax next to her.

Barbara, who is best known for her work in Latin American soap operas, responded: “I spent 38 hours sitting on a flight, these exercises you see are to avoid thrombosis.
“And because I can’t sit still for that long, I don’t know about you.”
But in a follow-up post, she ignored the online backlash and did another exercise routine on a flight bound for Bangkok over the weekend.

The fitness influencer said the journey took 45 hours, and she only managed to get around nine hours sleep.
She said every hour she got up to walk around or do squats to keep herself active for a few minutes, as reported by What’s The Jam.
In a clip posted to her Instagram Stories, Barbara can be seen running on the spot and performing squat thrusts to keep active on the long-haul flight.
The defiant influencer said: “Some people made a fuss about the last video I uploaded.
“I say ‘whatever’.
“If I motivated just one person to not sit still for over three hours anywhere for health reasons, that’s enough for me.”
