A woman dubbed ‘Britain’s most hated mum’ has hit back at critics who judge her for pulling her toddler out of nursery for a holiday – and says she has eight more trips planned this year.
And they will all take place during term time.
Carla Bellucci, who has four children aged between 19 and three, is currently enjoying a trip to Hurghada in Egypt with her youngest.

The 42-year-old is even having the tot ‘count her cocktails’ as part of her alternative educational efforts.
And the controversial decision has not gone down well with other parents.
But Carla has hit back – saying she couldn’t care less if others think she is a bad mum.

Her children will enjoy “luxurious, five-star” holidays to Marrakech, Paris, Florida, Bali, Cyprus, Marbella and Tunisia this year – all of which will require them being taken out of school.
“Lots of people don’t agree and think we should go in term time – but I couldn’t care less,” Carla, from Hitchin, Hertfordshire, told What’s The Jam.

“I never go out of term time – there are too many screaming brats by the pool.
“[Plus] too many people queuing up for the buffet – I like a more exclusive, quiet feel.”

While she openly shares controversial views and plans – such as term time holidays and future plans to relocate to the US without her brood – Carla says she doesn’t pay attention to what anyone critical of her says.

She said: “I could not care less – I’m my own person and I’m a fantastic mother.
“My kids have all turned out fine.
“The mum’s that should worry are the ones taking their kids to Benidorm in August – it’s so rough.

“My children go on luxurious quality, five-star holidays.
“If Butlins in August is your thing, that’s fine with me, but it’s not for me or my children.”
Carla is currently enjoying a sun-soaked stay in Hurghada and, despite already having a week there, plans to extend the trip further.
She said: “I think we are going to stay for another week as the weather is so nice – there’s no reason to return to the UK.”

While there, she says her daughter is “counting her cocktails”.
Carla said: “I teach on a daily basis – she will be able to count to 50 by the end of next week!
“She loves to learn, and I teach her at every opportunity.
This week I took her horse-riding – another beautiful experience learning about different cultures [which] is way more important than UK learning.”

Despite the backlash she has received over her holiday dates, Carla is firmly shrugging off the haters, saying it “doesn’t bother her one bit”.
She added: “The more people talk about me, the more money I make.
“We already have seven [more] holidays booked for this year, all in term-time.

“If it becomes a problem, I’ll take her [my daughter] out of the schooling system.
“I will never be a follower and I will never be told what I can and can’t do with my own child.”
