The 33-year-old previously revealed a “secret” hack to whizz through airport security in less than one minute without spending a penny.
Now, she’s shared how to score a free overnight stay in a luxurious four-star hotel without needing to open your wallet, reports What’s The Jam.
In a clip, which has racked up over a thousand views, she explains exactly how to carry out this savvy tip.
Elaine, who lives in London, said: “I can’t believe I didn’t know about this earlier.”
The content creator had recently travelled back home to Australia and usually opts for airlines such as Singapore or Cathay Pacific.
However, this time, she chose China Southern – not aware of the benefits they have on offer.
She said: “[The airline] wasn’t even on my radar until my friend told me about this layover perk.
“I’ve never spent the night during a layover before.
“Breaking up a long-haul trip with proper sleep made the whole journey much less tiring.”
Elaine explains that if your layover is over eight hours, you’ll get a complimentary minimum four-star hotel stay.
And that’s not all; with breakfast and airport transfers also included.
She claims a lot of people aren’t aware of the perk, as it’s not heavily advertised.
There are some rules, though.
You must meet the eligibility window of a layover between eight and up to around 30 hours.
If these boxes are ticked, head to their designated desk and they’ll give you a sticker with the hotel name on, before escorting you to a free shuttle.
Elaine notes there used to be an option to pick which hotel to stay at, though this has now stopped.
She said: “Mine was actually really nice and the room was huge.
“There was a big bed, clean bathroom, amenities, slippers, bottled water, tea, coffee and good Wi-Fi.”
If you’re travelling alone and don’t want to share with a random stranger, there is a small fee of £16.
She added: “Instead of sitting in the airport for hours or doing back-to-back long haul flights, this gives you a proper night’s sleep and a chance to properly reset.
“And it’s all free.”
