A savvy Brit has revealed a little-known fast-track hack that can get you through to airport security in less than one minute.
And it doesn’t cost a penny.
Elaine Poon is a self-proclaimed travel expert.

She shares her tips and tricks on how to jetset across the globe for less with her 7,000 followers on Instagram (@travelainewithme).
The 33-year-old previously shared how to score the best seat on the plane without having to pay any extra.
Now, she’s revealed a “secret” hack to whizz through to airport security without spending a penny – and in less than a minute – reports What’s The Jam.

In a clip, which has racked up 519,000 views and 700 likes, she tests her theory at Stansted Airport.
Elaine, from London, said: “When you’re going through security, everyone usually enters through here.”

The content creator films a busy airport and points to the general access queue under ‘Departures’.
Instead, she suggests turning right and walking straight through the fast track section.
She said: “A lot of people think that this is only for fast track, so no one goes to this side.

“But as you can see, this whole middle section is free for us to go through.
“This is crazy – like look at the queue on the other side.”
Elaine’s hack skips the line of hot and sweaty disgruntled travellers.
She notes it “doesn’t matter” what time of the day it is; it’s almost always empty whenever she travels from this airport.
Users have flocked to the comments to share their reactions.
“Thank you so glad I seen this last week helped so much saved me time this morning,” Kirsty said.

Russell added: “Thanks for ruining my entrance.”
“Thanks for exposing our secret personal entrance,” Rob commented.

Tracey added: “But we’re British, we love a long queue.”
The content creator also regularly flies from Luton, where another fast track hack can be used to skip the queue.
In the clip, she reveals how this “loophole” can not only save time, but money, too.
She said: “Fast track makes you pick a time slot, but the staff never check.
“Your ticket works any time that day, even if the slot you wanted is sold out.
“So you can book a later slot, use it earlier and still skip the queues.”
Especially during peak periods, such as this week, as people fly home to close off the summer holidays, it’s expected to get very busy.
She added: “Booking online is cheaper: starting at £4 in advance vs £8 at the airport kiosks.
“The real win is walking past the endless line of travellers.
“Trust me, this helps a lot.
“A little planning = a lot less hassle.”
Elaine notes that she’s only tried and tested the hacks at these two London airports only – though she says it’s worth a go at other airports, too.
