A woman with terminal MSA has spread joy by blowing a toy horn in a trick for her brother in a heartwarming video.
Andrea Brown is cared for full-time by her husband Dannon after being diagnosed.
MSA is a rare condition causing loss of nerve cells in the brain, which affects movement, balance, and automatic bodily functions such as blood pressure.

Andrea’s family have been trying to keep spirits high, and in a recent video shared to Instagram, gathering 14,100 views, they can be seen playing with a toy horn.
“We FaceTime her brother every other week and this one was a special one,” Dannon, a 46-year-old field service technician, told What’s The Jam.
“Their calls are typically endless laughter.
“They are both very intelligent people and they can make each other laugh over virtually any conversation.
“I then suggested to her to show her brother her new trick with the horn and so she showed him.”

In the clip, Dannon can be seen going up to his wife with the toy and putting it against her neck.
Andrea, 53, then skilfully blows into it using her neck tracheotomy, which aids her breathing, before everyone starts laughing.
The couple, from Indianapolis, Indiana, say they try to enjoy life every day despite Andrea’s challenges.

Dannon said: “As you can hear in the video, me and her brother erupted in laughter.
“My wife has a terminal illness that will take her from us likely within the next year.
“MSA-p is her diagnosis, and she chooses to live with joy and humour each day rather than fear and anger about what is happening.
“So like many moments, in that moment I am simply in awe of how she handles herself and can find moments to create laughter.”
He captioned the post: “Shenanigans with her brother on FaceTime. I have never met someone including myself that can make her laugh as hard as he can make her laugh.”
Since being shared, the clip has racked in over 307,000 likes and almost 1,000 comments from social media users.
